Frequently Asked Questions
How do I select a clip?
Click and drag across the timeline below the video preview. Each drag creates a highlighted clip that's added to the queue.
Can I reorder the clips?
Yes — drag a clip in the queue to a new position, use the ▲▼ buttons, or focus a clip and press the Up/Down arrow keys.
Do the clips play in the order I select them, or their original order?
In the order you arrange them in the queue — you can rearrange freely, so the final video doesn't have to follow the original timeline.
Can I remove a clip I selected by mistake?
Yes — click the ✕ on any clip in the queue, focus it and press Delete/Backspace, or use "Clear all" to start over.
Will combining clips affect quality?
A single selected clip is cut with zero re-encoding (stream copy). Combining two or more clips requires re-encoding to join them seamlessly.
Is my video uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser using FFmpeg.wasm. Your file never leaves your device.
